The People Who Have Made Us: Tim Rooney

The People Who Have Made Us: Tim Rooney 1

20 years of business have made us lucky enough to meet many people who have changed the Gilbert + Burke team, like Sandler Sales Coaching’s Tim Rooney.

For the last 20 years that we’ve been in business, we’ve worked to improve and strengthen every aspect of the Gilbert + Burke team. As a team that always strives to be better, a big part of our success lies with working with people that help us improve. One of the people who has helped our team at Gilbert + Burke the most is Tim Rooney with Sandler Sales Coaching.

At Sandler Sales Coaching, Tim works to provide sales and management training for every type of company. By working on everything from differentiation and integration to prospecting and selling, Tim’s philosophies and teachings have helped us to learn and implement different strategies that have strengthened our team tremendously. The relationship we as a team have built with Tim has benefited both parties, and Tim wrote a letter to Randy saying that “Your hard work, unflinching commitment to your core values and your simple decency as a human being are why you are trusted and respected alike by friends , co-workers, suppliers and clients. It has been my pleasure to have known you for the last seven years, where you have always exhibited these values. You have always impressed me personally as someone who does what he says he will do, your commitment to being the very best you can be, striving for continuous improvement & never resting on your laurels.”

If there’s one important thing we’ve learned over 20 years of being in business, it’s the importance of being a team player and collaborating with people that make us better. Tim Rooney is a great example of someone who has greatly improved our company, and we’re better for knowing and learning from him.
